About the Band: In the summer of 2014, Kalya Ramu brought together this group of immensely talented Jazz musicians to play in a house band for a weekly vocal jazz jam that she was running at the time.These six musicians grew to learn and indulge in one another's musical cues, tastes, and unique instrumental inflections. Together they have developed an incredibly warm and elegant, yet raw sound that provokes dancing, drinking and swings like no other band in town!
